FLAMING JUNE

June is often honoured with this title; although the British weather may not always oblige.

Seekers on the other hand have had a very busy time during the month of June; indeed one could say Seekers have been “on fire” with their own “flaming June”.

To name a few:- Thameside Court in Witney, Oxfordshire; Orchard Park and Staverton Park both in Gloucestershire, London Tavern Park, Ringwood, Hampshire; Brookfield Park, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Four Winds Park, Telford, Shropshire; and way up to Lancashire for a sale in Hambleton Country Park in Poulton le Fylde!

One particular “flame” in the fire has been our sale on The Orchards Park, Slough, Berkshire. This home first went on the market with Seekers in March this year and a buyer was found just three weeks later! This home was a lovely Omar Domek built in 1981 and sale completed on 21st June.

Another fast “flame” sale was on London Tavern Park whereby the home was under offer in April having spent just five weeks on the market; sale completed 15th June!
