Mid Summer is here and the weather is finally doing what it should for this time of year.

Summer is a better time in the housing market generally and particularly for park homes. This is because the beautiful, hot (hopefully) weather makes people generally happier and wanting to go out and about. Sales for July have concentrated mainly in the South and South West with homes being sold on Surrey Hills Park in Boxhill, Heyford Leys Park in Bicester, Oxfordshire, Ideal Park Homes in Eastleigh, Hampshire, Homestead Park in Wells, Somerset and two sales on Water End Park in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
