Traditionally the weeks leading up to Christmas is a quiet time in the housing market. Christmas, that most wonderful time in the Christian calendar, usually brings stress, uncertainty with limited funds and time. Throw buying and selling a home into the mix and our emotions go into overload!

Our sales for December have literally shone as we have seen completions at Surrey Hills Park in Guildford, three on Penton Park in Chertsey, Fangrove Park, again in Chertsey, Pilgrims Retreat in Maidstone, Warren Farm Park in Woking, Brookside Park in Farnborough and Ascot Park in Ascot. We may not have taken the stress out of Christmas but we do have the satisfaction of knowing a big part of our customer’s stress ie. moving home has been somewhat alleviated.
